To further enhance the peace of mind motoring provided by our comprehensive warranty and roadside assistance package, Mercedes-Benz New Zealand is pleased to confirm the addition of an unlimited kilometre Complimentary Scheduled Service Plan.
This Service Plan is included on every New Zealand new passenger vehicle and demonstrator vehicle sold via an Authorised Mercedes-Benz Dealer.
Vehicle servicing will include computer diagnostic analysis, complete visual inspection, engine oil replacement, installation of genuine filter(s), replacement air filter (subject to service criteria), any corrective adjustments itemized in the Mercedes-Benz service schedule and will also include Warrant of Fitness inspection.
The scheduled services performed will include all lubricants and genuine service parts required by the Mercedes-Benz service schedule. ( Refer to 'Exclusions from the Scheduled Service Plan').
Our Passenger Vehicle Warranty, Roadside Assistance and Scheduled Service Plan run in unison for three years from either the date the vehicle was first registered, or the date of delivery - whichever occurs first.
*The W461 G-Professional will come with 3 complimentary scheduled services within the first three years of ownership from initial registration.
The Mercedes-Benz Scheduled Service Plan has been designed to further enhance the peace of mind motoring.
The owner’s responsibilities are to ensure the following basic conditions are fulfilled:
Owner's must maintain their Mercedes-Benz vehicle in accordance with the vehicle service schedule as indicated by the instrument cluster; and
All scheduled maintenance work must be performed within 30 days or 500km of due procedure by an authorised Mercedes-Benz Dealer or an Authorised Mercedes-Benz Service Centre.
Failure to comply with the above requirements may void the Mercedes-Benz Scheduled Service Plan and vehicle warranty.
